the "make it zone" on moseley road have very nice open or enclosed studio/warehouse spaces at around £50 a week. Very nice atmosphere there compared to your regular lock-up kinda place which usually consists of a damp old factory in hockley. They are very keen to get a bike builder on premises too, perhaps Andy could setup his equipment there as he also lives in Moseley.
Might be a bit far for bombings or pistaboy though.
