Probably best off asking in LBS, can't imagine there being much of a fixie skidder following, but guess you will likely see a few single-speed commuters etc

You know what i didn't even think about that! In fact last time i was in Lincoln i said to my dad 'you'd struggle with a fixie round here', haha silly me.
But yeah Grimsby/Cleethorpes is rather flat, seafront for some late night cruising!
And pardon my ignorance but what is LBS?

Single-speed Lincoln-area commuter checking in, as already pre-foretold in advance beforehand earlier on. A Charge Plug Grinder, in cream for my sins. The Whole Town's Laughing At Me. [In truth, they were already laughing before i got it.] It looked pretty much white in the photograph. utflbs. Gotta get some black vinyl to cover the mudguards, i think - it looks too 'just so,' being all colour-matched. I did see a fixie once, albeit on the flat SUP next to Tritton Road. I've given it a whirl myself but pedalling like a loon while applying the brakes on a downhill is not my idea of fun.

Ha! I'm from Grimsby.
But don't live there anymore...
Hello all
Just wondering how many are from Lincolnshire?
Im from sunny (or not so) Grimsby, only seen a couple of fixies about. One nice looking one always parked in the bike sheds at Youngs factory dowm humberston road, blacl and red paint scheme.
Im guessing there's a lot more in Lincoln
