Brendan Venter is very unlikely. He's moved back to SA and only works on a part-time consultancy basis at Sarries. Add to that the history of disciplinary actions taken by the RFU (arguable whether or not they were justified). I'm not sure whether he's the most popular with the suits at Twickers.
Mallinder has had previous roles in the England setup and has definitely done a good job at Saints. He's probably been asked to apply.
