^^ I think OP means that it's a 'low profile' bike, since it has aero bars. AKA a time trial bike.
It's obviously not a 'low pro' with a smaller wheel on the front (probably what most people were expecting) but bikes like that |(I believe?) are not sanctioned for use in most TT's anymore.
