Eat plenty but make it healthy. I'll weigh myself tonight and work out a realistic weight for christmas from there.
Where before I may have had pasta/rice/potato I'm now having large portions of petit pois/broad beans/sweet corn or salad. All convenient stuff that can be filling but is relatively low in calories I guess.
Still eating toast or cereal for breakfast and the odd sandwich, I'm not doing anything unsustainable. Still enjoying my food. Think cutting out beer is helping alot, that's not completely sustainable as I do enjoy a beer, but trying to make it a once in a while thing rather than a weekly thing.
I'm also rinsing the exercise, did a 50 mile today in 3 hours 10 which an online calculator tells me will have burnt 3500 cals, burnt 2000 running yesterday and cycled a few miles as well, burnt 2500 cycling day before that.... just really concentrating on having a deficit everyday.
