    Preliminary VO2 Max 51.3
    -Done in proper lab on a bike.
    I'm ok with it.
    Its not brilliant, but its not bad- apparently my wattage output was really good, and I kept a high cadence till I literally couldn't move my legs.

    Bring on the repeat on Tuesday, and then 6 months of hard, dull training.
    Watch this space for a massive bike sale.
