2 hours of 5 v 5, touch rugby last night. We do this sort of training a lot, mainly due to a lack of numbers. I usually love it. As everyone is nackered in the last hour. So even an aging forward like myself can hit a few gaps.
But it was about -3C, which has destroyed my hamstrings. I can barely walk today.
