Here's a slow response, for the record. In the absence of any specific guidance from the frame and/or post manufacturer, minimum seatpost insertion below the top of the top tube* where it joins the set tube, should be the greater of 50mm or 25% of the total seat post length.
*In the case of mixte/ladies/dropped top tube lo-pro etc., use the top of the seatstay instead where that is higher than the top tube.
