RIP lady cyclist and my deepest condolences to her family and friends.
Reading this makes my stomach turn and makes me so very angry, I'm fed up with TfL doing nothing about this issue. I agree with Superprecise, we should organise some sort of demonstration ride, this has to come to an end!
