Vintage Peugeot conversion help and tips please

well after posting here many months ago i'm finally rolling fixed.

here she is....

i ran in to all the pug nightmares....

• bb was non english so ended up getting it re threaded.
  
• seat post is dodgey. it is a thin one. someone at some point just cut a slit vertically up the post and squeezed it to make it fit. i've not changed it yet so plan on not putting on any weight!
  
• chain ring bolts were an odd size so a right pig to get the cranks off
  
• wheels were 27 1/4 so had to gets some newies
  
• front fork spacing was too narrow so had to squeeze to fit
  
  

all that said, she's a great ride and really comfortable. did a 50 mile blast on her on saturday and barely felt it.
