Wanted: Road Bike

Hi I'm looking for a road bike or road frame sized 54cm or 56cm. I don't mind whether its carbon or not. I would like something reasonably new with 105 or above. Price around £600.
I have a mtb frame I could swap for it as well if anyone is up for that?

I'm also looking for a new road bike. Preferably old as my price limit is £50 max. Just to get me around London easily, I'm 5'8" so anything on that scale would be ace. Thanks.
