  • I thought you might want to know of the resolution achieved at the 3rd equilarium council last night.

    It was agreed by majority vote (49 in favour, 7 against, 7 held rectangular) that the 27th clause would be repealed and all plays against the 27th clause would automatically invoke Howards Rule.

    I for one breathe a huge sigh of relief, and hope that we can put the whole sordid issue behind us.
