Sold to dsg - thanks!
I'm selling these two rims, which I bought made up on Dura-Ace large flange track hubs as new, unused wheels. I have only ridden them on the track, never with a brake at all and never in the wet. At most, they have been ridden 15 times!
They are 36 hole rims.
They do not have a machined braking surface and they only have one or two very minor little nick/chip/scratch marks which could be very easily touched in with a minute dab of paint or felt tip. I've tried and failed to take a meaningful photo to illustrate!
I had them very carefully unbuilt by my excellent LBS (who are currently lacing the hubs to some gorgeous Campag Pave NOS tubular rims), so I am including the spokes and nipples (again, first class condition) to rebuild them using Dura-Ace high flange hubs (or indeed some other hubs of the right size - I have no real idea which would or would not work with these spokes/rims).
I understand these rims are hard to come by and command a bit of a premium, so I am asking £100 with the spokes and nipples thrown in for free.
Saturday Price drop to £90
I'd prefer if you could collect from Worcester Park (28 mins from Waterloo), or I could meet you at Waterloo one midweek evening. Failing all that, I could probably source a box and post them at cost, but I'd prefer not to risk the damage!
Dibs followed by PM please!
