Those Time cranks were made by Stronglight, alongside all the failure-prone Stronglight carbon cranks. Ripping the chainring bolts out of the spider was due to the failure to make any design change in that area when switching from aluminium to carbon. Campag carbon cranks use smaller diameter chainring bolts to leave more material around the hole.
