This has cheered me up massively, good to see doing the right thing hasn't died off in everybody. I'm sure you'll find the correct owner. If you've not tried the avenues suggested of 101 (police information) and contacting the hospitals, do, the police should be able to put you in contact with the officer in charge who should have details of all persons involved in an RTA attended.
