Did you get a contact card from the Police? Sometimes they do in such cases. Best guess for nearest A&E would be Guys, might be a good start

Probably UCLH from there but completely depends on where the ambulance got sent.

There's a chance it may be a custom Bob rather than bought as shop stock. Maybe a call to BJ with frame serial # may shed some light?
