It's not to difficult. The basket should be level when the handlebar clamps face straight down to prevent it from moving. Mark where the axle should be. Saw them both evenly from the bottom and squeeze in a vice to flatten them out before re-drilling. Also use different bolts on the handlebar clamps. They're shit. I guess its what you pay for.
