Hi all,

I'm looking to sell my Chesini road bike, which is currently for sale as a fixed gear conversion.

The bike is 52cm c-t-c seat tube
53.3cm c-t-c top tube

I bought the frame from Tour De Ville a couple of years back (I loved the hand chiseled head tube and the perfect re-conditioned, hand-built frame) , and built it up as my 'Sunday Best' bike. Then I didn't ride it (health issues)!

It's a really amazing ride and is in A+ condition throughout with just a tiny paint chip or two.

The history of the frame is not clear, but i think that it's early 70's and then at some point someone wanted to modernise it, adding the derailleur hanger, the cable stops and it seems that the downtube was also replaced. The bike was then refinished to a lovely pearlescent blue with red lug lining and decals. It wasn't built up again until I bought it, and i've only done maybe 150 miles on this in the dry.

Open Pro (very little breaking) on Goldtec hubs - bulletproof
Croce D'aune crankset with 48t TA Specialites 1/8th ring
Miche bottom bracket
19 tooth rear
Campagnolo pista headset
Dura ace seatpin
Dura ace front break
The saddle has changed since the pix and is a flite gel saddle
As new Pro 3 Race tyres (black+grey)
Cinelli 1A 70mm stem (i'll knock £20 off if you have your own stem)
3ttt Competizione drop handlebars - nice condition
faux leather tape

Pedals and clips NOT INCLUDED

The bike was expertly built with the help of my good friend retro_di_corsa and runs like a dream - this thing is fast and light!

Considering everything, looking for £460 ovno.
Please no low ball offers, if it doesn't sell - i get to keep it!

Hi Woutchi, i'm around 5 foot 7 inches, and the fit for me is pretty good (possibly a touch long, but i've got a bad back!).

@Brumfun, sorry saddle is not currently for sale!
