I never found out. If you buy a miche track hub, the single sided version, you can respace to 46mm chainline if needed as the axle is threaded the whole length, they use threaded cone races instead of machined axle races. The miche hub is assymetrical with standard 42mm so needs dishing.
I changed my mind on goldtec as they arent anything special, price is high because its a small company. They juts machine out of solid blocks of allu, just like lower budget hubs, they make the flanges thicker and use a larger diameter axle but blb are putting out a similar heavy duty hub and all city have novatec custom make a similar one .
id rather a forged hub, lighter weight not that it matters much
