on my penultimate geared RP outing (last one I stuck on connect as opposed to strava) my speed didn't drop below 10mph, and I have the cut-off set to five. Nothing dodgy about that.

I'm never ashamed to sound like a cock.

Coolio, in that case I don't think there is any reason to doubt this chap. Looking at his rolling times he was only stopped for 1s on his 3 laps.
