While after all his achievements for the UK his prosecution was a slap in the face, lets not forget all the other gay people who had their life ruined by the state. This statment does have a symbolism of an apology of sorts to the entire gay community as a hole.

Being prosecuted by the state having a boyfriend is one of the most horrible things imaginable.

Yeah this was my last forum ride I think and indeed a good one :)
Although I was on a fixed, I dont think I could make this distance on fixed at the moment

It was a brilliant ride. Those of us who rode 160 miles were all geared. :)

Yep, I can't remember anyone else.

Paul was the only person with a broken hip, riding tubs with no way to fix them and far too few clothes for someone who went on to sleep at the stones.
