I think the vintage Merckx were made of Columbus jetplane, very rare tubing.

Olly speaketh the truth,i used to spanner in a bike shop in the early '80's and used to hate deliverys of these things,the boxes had to be carried upstairs and shelved prior to build up,they are f*cking heavy and one notch below asda smart price in quality.

Analogue speedo is cool.

not a real merckx made under license by falcon sorry to say .....

they were also made by Dangre STARNORD in france in the 70's. They also used gas pipe tubing
