Brake levers

Just got a hack bike to get me going through winter and the bar and stem setup are far from ideal. I've never managed to get on with drops but thought I'd try them again. I've now realised I'll probably never like them so I need to try and get back to what I'm used to. Also the quill stem I have is far too long even for my simian-esque arms so ideally I'm looking for a short quill stem, a set of risers (or flats) and some brake levers for as little money as possible. Not bothered about it being pretty, it just needs to work.

I think I might have something suitable in the shed. I'll have a look tomorrow and get back to you. Would need to be posted though as I'm in Lincoln.
