Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

Penton Street heading towards the Zebra crossing next to TFL cycle hire building/ Taxi place, see a ped waiting to cross so I slow down then stop, then boom not 1,not 2 but 3 nodders clip me,hit and crash into me..one has the cheek to say what you doing? as ped is standing there wide eyed on zebra crossing trying to cross.
I don't think road users have to yield unless the pedestrian has already begun to cross. Someone quoted the relevant piece of law in this thread last time the topic came up. Bit of a chicken/egg situation.

'course that doesn't excuse said nodders from rear ending you when you courteously slowed and stopped. Not paying attention.
