I'm considering cycling from Hamburg to Berlin in early December on a Brompton.
Could any Germans tell me:
a) Whether this is completely stupid - i.e. is it likely to be snowy/rainy/ridiculously cold. I'm guessing the climate will be similar to the UK at that time of year so I guess hit or miss.
b) If the weather goes in my favour and I don't just take option b and get the train, where on the route would be good places to stop - especially overnight? Link below is my planned route so far and I have 5 days to get there if necessary.
