Quick question regarding new wheels for my Audax bike. Are Mavic open pros on Shimano 105 hubs going to be a good choice? I don't want absolute weight weenie wheels as I carry weight on the bike (panniers or rack top bag) quite often. I'll be using Gatorskins in 28 if that makes any difference?
