There's a lot of that type of rider about, always has to be at the front ready to go, then starts at the slowest possible rate with no intimation of direction. There's a guy on my route who continuously undercuts ANYONE, bikes cars buses. Never signals, always in the wrong place. He frequently sits far right at Dalston Junction coming North, to then cut across everyone and go left, completely mental. I just advise anyone around me at that point in time to sit and wait as Stupid is about to be his very self.
