check the bearing housing carefully for small cracks in the plastic around the bearings.
We bought a batch of these rollers and some of the sprinters ( 80kg + ) had a problem with them being very noisy after very little use and it turned out that the problem was the bearing housing cracking, the bearings were fine at least until the alignment of the roller bearings was well out then they got rough pretty quickly .
