Wanted: Complete bike or Parts for new build

Had my Eighthinch Scrambler stolen from works secure car park today. So need a replacement bike - Looking for something modern (1 1/8 steerer etc) must have horizontal dropouts not bothered about colour. Also want riser bars and a decent ish set of wheels.
Budget is £350 + (when insurance pays out)

What have you got ?

By the way if anyone gets offered a Black Eighthinch scrambler with white Gipemme pista 3.0 wheels and cutdown white dmr wingbars on it chances are it was mine and i would like to know.

I haz a set of andel fluted cranks and matching shimano BB, perfect condition. Also have a 3ttt ergo due set of handlebars, again, perfect condition. PM me if you want!

c4shr. No really fussed on frame size - i am 5' 10 and dont know size what my last frame was, so whatever fits really. I am not looking to be tricking or anything fashionable like that, just want a nice work commuter.
