You don't seem to have grasped the concept yet. Few proper Lo-Pro frames have been made since the early 1990s, and the first ones were from the early 1980s. As a result, you need to seek out something second hand.

I understand that its going to be second hand which I'm not worried about, but obviously different makes and models go for a second hand price range, right? Me being at amateur in this game need to know where to start.
