The Woodrup is nice, but the second hand price is basically the same as the TF SC2 for the same tubing (altho without a headset).
IMO £450 is a difficult price point - I do get that it's comfortable one. I can't help but feel you're better sticking closer to £300, and/or going second hand. If you're after a lugged steal frame with a 1" headset in a half decent tube set, then I think they're all going to be much of a muchness. So it really comes down to personal preferences, like tyre clearance, colour, geometry.
If you go up to the +£600 mark I think you'll start seeing a difference.
