I made a porchetta with a big shoulder joint of pork yesterday... Mountains of it left so going for a big breakfast sandwich with some of the gravy (added blackcurrant jelly and a coupla oven-dried tomatoes to the cooking juices, a-ma-zing!)... #boastpost#belch
