Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

I ride with 2 red rear lights and one white front. The batteries died on the front one so i put the second red blinky on the front and rode 15-odd kms home... at which point it dawned on me that the batteries are, in fact, interchangeable.

Not in Australia they're not, they're all upside down.
