The amount you've saved in eBay fees is somewhere in the league of £50 > £75 if you'd picked all the cheapest options.
You aren't forced to donate, but it does look less and less good as time passes and you keep selling stuff without contributing anything back. Especially since you're not really taking part in the community, just using it to sell stuff.
