Amar - No, they don't look like that as that is an RD2 single / messenger chainset (I have those on my Plug). This is a TRIPLE crank, essentially the same arms but the spider is for 3 chainrings. You could use them with just a single ring but that's not what they are for. I'd also agree with the comments that they are longer than most people would want for a fixie unless you happen to be very tall.
They are however fine for an MTB / Hybrid / touring build. They came off my old Sirus which has now been split and which some other bits will be being sold over the next couple of weeks.
If you're after a set Messenger cranks then I might be splitting the plug I have at some point but I need to know I'd make a decent return on the whole lot to justify it. That's why I asked in the same post what they are going for nowadays.
