awesome idea Dan! The league here in London is ace because:

• you get to play 'competitively' through the winter and are ready for that first tourney of the summer
  
• it forces you to keep playing even when you feel you cant be arsed when midwinter really bites and turnout falls
  
• its fucking fun!
  
• you improve shitloads both individually and as a team
