And when? That time of year gets silly busy. I vote 9th or 17th, but I am only a speck in the ocean.
Suggestions for somewhere suitably scruff and central? lmnh perhaps? -

I'm thinking... Christmas ride, everyone in santa hats, covered in red lights. Everyone South could start off at C&H, have a drink, go to the Roe, meet SE peeps then gradually pub hop up to somewhere central.

I was thinking a similar ride to this www.lfgss.com/thread32732.html with christmas themed costumes/fairy light covered bikes. Followed by food and dancing at LMNH.
It would be nice to have a sit down christmas meal but im not sure whether LMNH can/would provide a mass christmas meal? So maybe a christmas buffet?

I'm sure there are nice places central/west/north/east but this is the Saaf xmas dinner, not the LMNH xmas dinner.
Find a venue South of the river!

If someone wants to take the initiative and organise a LFGSS christmas party/ride, more power to you. Think VB is busy sorting out his plans for world forum domination.
Go start a thread.Easier by far for each group to organise something smaller for their own smaller more manageable crew, and in the geographical location that they spend most time in...
If south's brethren have a southern location they want to congregate at that isn't the coach and horses, let it be known. I'll have a word with james and steve and see if we could possibly snag there, and if there is a date that is good for them..
It should also be noted that obviously South's Christmas Festivities are open to all..
