Coaster brake. I don't understand why you would build yourself a custom bike to have 0 stem length. Kinda makes sense with a kids balance bike but on a full size thing?

1. it's not as twitchy as it looks, the geo is quite relaxed with a 73 degree head tube angle wich makes the bike handle nice, imho.

2. yes, it has a coaster brake
   Bar stem combo is an experiment for setup on a Polo and/or Trick bike, maybe a little more rise on the bars would be better.... the current setup feels good for just city riding too.
