not sure what the correct terminology is, but i quite want a frame where the top tube is flat, not rising at the front if you see what I mean, or is this just down to the forks?

That's called a sloping top tube - you're after a horixontal top tube it seems

New to the forum so go easy!
Basically looking to build a bike for my misses as a present..
Looking for a nice track frame with forks (drilled) and Horizontal Dropouts.
56cm ideally, but would consider 54/55 as well.
Paint condition and colour isn't that important, as long as its sturdy.
Looking to spend 150 - 200 but just wanna look whats available
Live in Hackney, but happy to collect from most of London.
