Although some people are dim enough to think that aggression after the event is an indication of responsibility during the event, so it's better, purely for your own sake, to try and keep a lid on it.
I find just confronting them and asking why they did it shits them up more than shouting your lungs out. I like to say to cabs on the rare occasion they drive dangerously "You should know better", that really winds them up.
