Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

I think that last bit was a bit gratuitous, but the rest sounds like a fair altercation. I guess the thing to take away is that if you have noticed someone going along the inside who is likely to pull out,(and obviously they won't look first), then either nip ahead if time or slow down and wait for them to pull their dick move before continuing.
