Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

So nothing happened, yet you swear at her and say "if you get yourself killed, it won't be a big loss".

A bit disproportionate, I would say.

Nothing actually happened because a clever driver managed to make space at the last second. If it wasn't for that driver I'd either have taken her out completely or have been sprawled on a windscreen. Yeah, no-one was hurt this time, but if she carries on riding around with that laissez-faire attitude, eventually she is going to hurt someone. I didn't swear directly at her either.
