Don't feel ashamed. The woman clearly needs to learn a lesson, sure, maybe in the frame of mind that you were in you weren't in the best position to explain the niceties of
roadcommon sense to her. Hopefully when she calms down a bit she can reflect, as you obviously have and realise that she was behaving like a moron.
