28" Raleigh Roadster tyres; K hub at rear with prototype Sturmey Archer gear lever at handlebar. I've looked at a few catalogues from 1910 to the early 30s and it looks like a Raleigh Lady's Special. Saddle is Brooks B83. Gearing connected, but requires a bit of expertise. Everything moving and working.
