It will almost certainly be moving magnet (MM) or possibly High Output MC - very unlikely that it will be a low output MC cart - so a standard MM phono stage should do you fine.

It looks very unassuming but is actually very well made and thought out, imo it outperforms pretty much everything up to the £150 or so mark.
I have an upgraded one with the dc psu :)
