For Sale: Gazelle CM, "Gazelle"shifters, Campa, Dura ace. Needs work!

GAZELLE CHAMPION MONDIAL, 56 cc, with campa and dura ace specs.

I have for sale a Gazelle Champion Mondial racing bicycle. Nice colorsceme, unfortunately it needs some work though....

Framesize is 56 cc, toptube 56 cc.

The bike comes with a shimano 105 wheelset, dura ace crankset and brakes, nuovo record rearderrie(pat 81), campa super leggeri pedals and campa "Gazelle" pantographed shifters.

I like GBP 280 for it.

A bit pricey, to be honest...

sadly the frame needs 200 quid spending on a decent paint refurb and decals to make it worth 200 quid... rek'n on a sale at 150-180 for an enthusiast to restore :-\ ?

Oke guys, no problem if you reckon its a bit pricy. But it is not only the frame, it comes with nice components as well. Besides that postage to UK is included in the price.

Quality components or not: for a ride with that much work to be done, I reckon 280 pounds is too much to ask on a forum like this.

You can polish those nice components up, try to offer them seperatly. That's a reasonable way to maybe approach that price. But asking this amount for a bike you've hardly had to put any effort or investment in? C'mon now.

Just my two cents though, it's your bike to sell...

@hum3; sounds fair. But like i said; it's including postage to the UK. So the asking price is 250. And i am willing to negotiate.

I'd say you're at least £100 over and even then it's still quite a big project....

^ to be honest, that one was sold a bit below a reasonable bottom price for a bike like that. no problem, that's buyer's luck, as Simplex said. And you're right imho, many bikes fro other sellers on here offer better value for money than this one.

I am willing to drop the price to GBP 250. That is including postage to the UK. I understand the problems you guys have with the price, but i am not going to give a bike with an AB frame and campa and dura ace components away. I am sorry...

However; if somebody comes up with a proper priceoffer i am willing to talk about that.

Looking at other Gazelle CM bikes (and learning...) i will drop my price to GBP 200 including postage to UK. But this is my final price.
