Cheers for that. According to their blog they have a cool new feature where you can crop rides: http://blog.strava.com/cropping-export-explorer-3775/
So I should be able to ride a few hundred yards past the roundabout, turn around and go for a flying start, and overshoot at the end, then trim it to exactly three laps. I'll need all the help I can get to get under an hour!
