How do I use the Strava site with an iPhone? I've just signed up for an account. Do I just download the app and press record from a standing start at the roundabout, then stop at the end and stop it? Or can I do a flying lap and trim it down to the right stop/start points? I like the idea of linking to the recorded ride.
