Use a 130mm wheel. Bend frame a little when putting wheel in. Heavier guage tubesets (531 or 'lower' down the foodchain) can be sprung like this. It's only 2mm each side.
I would imagine you'd be better off buying a wheel for a screw on block, 7speed.
