I know there's been a bit about this in the past but here's my situation:
Acquired a Raleigh Sirocco but the wheels are knacked. 6-speed cassette is fine. Need new wheels.
Rear dropout is 126mm, most wheels are 130mm but designed for 8/9/10 speed. Has anyone ever tried anything like the Ribble on here? http://www.bikeradar.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=15663289
I'm not gonna be able to do that with my width. Don't fancy redishing with a 120mm hub cos i'm a fatty...
Any suggestions? Forgive my obvious ignorance, this is my first project...
